Our hiring process
Screening
When you have applied for a position with us, we review your application and CV and assess whether your profile and experience match the role.
Step 1

Step 2
Phonescreening
We often start with a brief phone call where we can get to know each other a little. Here both parties get the opportunity to ask their initial questions.
First interview
If you are selected, and you also choose us, you will be invited to a first interview. Here the head of the department and either a colleague or People & Culture will participate.
Step 3

Step 4
FirstMind-test
As part of our process, you will be invited to complete our talent test. The test helps us understand your work style, how you think, and what motivates you. There are no right or wrong answers. For us, it is about finding the right employee while also ensuring that you find a job where you look forward to getting up in the morning. You will need to complete the test before the first or second interview.
Second interview
At the second interview we have the opportunity to dive deeper into your experience, your motivation, the role and what a future collaboration might look like. If relevant, you will prior to the interview be invited to complete a case study, which is used as a supplement to our talent test.
Step 5

Step 6
Employment
If it feels right for both parties, you will receive a contract for signing. Afterwards we prepare a personal onboarding plan, which you will receive before your first day.

How do we decline candidates?
If we assess that your profile is not the right match after reading your application, you will receive a general response, which we send to candidates who do not proceed in the process. After a phone screening you will receive a personal response by email, and after an interview you will receive a phone call.
Open positions
We have no open positions at the moment - but you are always welcome to send an unsolicited application.
